By using DropPin ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
DropPin is a personal place-saving app. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for all content you create within the app (pins, voice notes, photos, collections).
DropPin uses your Apple ID and iCloud for data sync. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. We are not liable for data loss resulting from iCloud issues outside our control.
DropPin Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
The free tier includes up to 50 pins, 3 collections, 30-second voice notes, 2 photos per pin, and 1 shared guide. Premium removes all limits.
You may not use DropPin to store, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
DropPin and its design, code, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of all content you create within the app.
DropPin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data accuracy, or that the app will meet all your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
